Laying tiles on a very uneven floor. Up to 20mm difference in some parts! Other builders had been round and refused to do the job. Good job I like a challenge!

Renovation of a bar. This was a total renovation job, transforming this previously unloved space. I took up two layers of tiles to go back to the original floor tiles which were put down by an Italian man who owned the business back in the 1960s. I also was lucky enough to find a stunning original stone wall hidden away behind the plasterboard running the length of the room. I made another feature wall out of reclaimed wood. The bar area was made from reclaimed wood and also unwanted beams from a restaurant down the street. As I’ve always said, my passion is for finding those original features which really create a unique space. The Finished Result The Before Photo
Job last month - completely renovating a Dining room. Took the plasterboard off to reveal the original brickwork. Uncovered the Original Fireplace, opened it up and the chimney. Built a brick hearth. Installed a wooden mantel piece using an old beam. Fabricated a Copper Pipe Radiator, an original piece. Removed old carpet and lino, and put down Solid oak wood flooring. Also made Shelving and Curtain pole out of Copper Pipe to match the Radiator and tie the theme all together. Installed new lighting and painted walls.
